Order Cancellation

1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
2. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Prepaid Orders

1. If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within the applicable processing time.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

1. COD orders can also be cancelled only before dispatch.
2. Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in the restriction of future COD purchases.
