Refund Policy

At Modern Nari, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer Exchange Only. Refunds are not available.

Exchange Eligibility

1. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
2. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Exchange is available only for eligible products.

Exchange Shipping Charges

1. Customers are responsible for the courier charges when sending the product back for exchange.
2. The shipping/courier charges for the exchanged product sent from Modern Nari to the customer will also be borne by the customer.

Non-Exchangeable Products

Exchange is not applicable for:

1. Used or washed products
2. Products without original tags or packaging
3. Customized or altered products
4. Products damaged due to customer misuse

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video for assistance.
