At Modern Nari, we offer Exchange Only. Refunds are not available.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the courier charges for sending the product back.
- The shipping charges for the exchanged product sent by Modern Nari will also be borne by the customer.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect or if a wrong product is delivered.
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video and clear product images are mandatory for verification.
- Every return request will be verified by the Modern Nari Quality Team.
- If the product passes our quality verification, the return or replacement will be approved.
- If no manufacturing defect or shipping error is found, the return request will not be accepted.
Important Note
Products damaged due to misuse, washing, alteration, normal wear and tear, or color variations caused by photography/screen settings are not eligible for return or exchange.
